Return Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of date of delivery for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and accompanied by the receipt.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, 45rpm OLS has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.On-line shop returns and exchanges cannot be made in-store.

Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.

We will not be able process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We will process your return soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

This online return policy only applies for items purchased through our website and not for other purchases (in-store, email order, phone order). Please kindly understand and contact us for further information.

Shipping Charges

Orders are generally shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are confirmed.
Orders placed Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which provides you a tracking number.

We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note we are unable to offer Saturday delivery.

We are unable to process international purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We try to keep our site as up to date as possible.
However, if an item that you ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive confirmation e-mail from us.

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Since an order is processed as soon as it is confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
